Terms of Service
1. The service and your agreement
These terms govern your use of Selfetti at selfetti.com. Selfetti offers personality quizzes, symbolic tarot and astrology readings, AI reflections, result sharing and community features. Use the service only if you are at least 18 and can enter an agreement under applicable law. If you disagree with these terms, stop using the service.
2. Reflection, not professional advice
Selfetti is for entertainment, curiosity and self-reflection. Tests are not clinical assessments or the official MBTI instrument. Tarot and astrology are symbolic traditions, not evidence of future events or another person’s feelings. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable; it is generated by software and is not a human professional’s review. Do not use it as medical, mental-health, legal, investment or other professional advice, or as the sole basis for important decisions. Seek qualified help when needed. No outcome, relationship, grade, income or financial return is guaranteed.
3. Prices, delivery and refunds
The current beta is free. Selfetti does not currently collect payments or sell subscriptions. Prices and interest buttons, where shown, are research proposals: clicking does not place an order, charge you or unlock a paid feature. Results are delivered on screen; AI availability is subject to service limits. Because no payment is collected, refunds do not apply to the current free service. Before accepting any future payment we will display the actual price, currency, taxes where applicable, what is included, delivery terms, and the applicable cancellation and refund policy. No automatic paid renewal is authorized by using this beta. Mandatory consumer rights always remain applicable.
4. Your account, privacy and sharing
Keep your sign-in codes and session private. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for submitting only information you have the right to provide. Guest access depends on the browser session; email sign-in, when available, verifies control of that email address. Public posts and shared links can be copied by others; revoking a link cannot remove their copies. Review each sharing preview and do not disclose someone else’s private information without permission. Our Privacy page explains storage, AI processing, optional statistics, export and deletion.
5. Acceptable use and content rights
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit minors, post illegal or infringing content, publish private data, distribute spam, interfere with security, scrape private accounts, bypass quotas or misuse the service. Follow the Community Guidelines. You retain rights to your own content and grant Selfetti a non-exclusive permission to host, process and display it as needed to provide the features you choose. This does not transfer ownership. You may share the result cards generated for you for personal, non-commercial use with their attribution intact. Other site artwork, branding and code may not be resold or repackaged without permission. AI output may not be unique and we do not guarantee exclusive intellectual-property rights.
6. Availability, violations and responsibility
Features may change, be unavailable or reach usage limits. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free output. We may limit access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address violations, security risks or legal requirements; you may contest an action through the feedback contact below. You are responsible for harm caused by your unlawful or infringing use to the extent established under applicable law. Our responsibility is also determined by applicable law; nothing here excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Keep your own copies of results you want to retain.
7. Changes, questions and complaints
We will publish updated terms here with an effective date and provide notice of material changes where required. New payment terms must be shown before a purchase, not applied retroactively. For questions, complaints, content disputes or future billing concerns, use “Contact Selfetti” below; include a reply address if you want a response, but never send passwords or payment-card details. We will review the issue in good faith. These terms do not prevent you from using competent courts, regulators or mandatory dispute mechanisms available under applicable law.
