For these one-time reports, request a full refund within 14 days of payment by emailing support@selfetti.com from your purchase email with your order reference. No usage deduction during this period. For non-delivery, duplicate charges or a material defect, contact us for a remedy or refund. We aim to reply within two business days. A request is not a completed refund: the payment provider must confirm it, and bank processing times vary. Refunded orders lose unused paid services; unrelated purchases and free results are unaffected. Mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged. No payment has been taken while online payment is closed.

Inside your report

A private AI report, grounded in your selected inputs; a two-week experiment; a shareable summary; five follow-up answers within 30 days of delivery.

After payment opens: delivered to your verified email account on Selfetti, normally within 10 minutes of confirmed payment. Read online for at least 12 months and download a copy. Failed delivery is retried without another charge; contact support for recovery or a refund.
