Our questions, scoring and illustrations are original; we have not validated this quiz as a psychological instrument. Similar four-letter labels do not make the tests interchangeable.
What do E/I, S/N, T/F and J/P mean?
Here they organize recent preferences: interaction or solitude; concrete detail or possibilities; logical consistency or personal values; planning or openness. None is a measure of intelligence, kindness, employability or relationship success. For example, wanting quiet after a social day does not mean you cannot lead a team. A close score receives X rather than false certainty.
